Amanda Vincelli is an artist living and working between Montreal and Los Angeles. Much of her work deals with the overstimulation and hyper-self-awareness of omnipresent digital technology—the streamlining of capitalism into personal life—humans as content producers and consumers, and the vulnerability, dread, but also nostalgia, that result from these roles. Her most recent work and research is concerned with the commodification of creativity, start-up culture, as well as the role of technology in health care and reproduction.
